Ballet: RAD (Royal Academy of Dance)

This traditional and disciplined form of dance primarily focuses on grace and excellent posture.  Ballet is vitally important because it serves as the foundation for all dance styles.  Students will learn how to carry themselves and execute movements in the most delicate way possible.  Ballet is an absolute necessity for serious dancers and students who want to improve other areas of their dance training.
