STUDIO 3 -(suitable for drama, singing, music, meetings, other non-dance) - Base Specification:

-Floor: Carpet
-Dressing Rooms: 1 male, 1 female
-Other Facilities: Keyboard; 2 Toilets; Drinks Machine; Chairs;

**HIRE CONDITIONS**
-NO Smoking, Food or Drink permitted in studios at anytime
-No outdoor footwear, hard soled or heeled shoes
-Must provide your own insurance
-You/your company will be liable for any damage caused by you/your attending members, to the premises
