Terms & Conditions

• First come first served on Registration Day
• All fees MUST be paid in advance of each term.  Failure to pay will result in your child being removed from class list;
• A late fee penalty of 15 euro will be charged for each term;
• Payments in cash or cheques, made payable to Dynamic Waves;
• Fees are non refundable or transferable;
• Receipts will be issued with all payments;
• Members are expected to complete all terms in the academy year (except where a member takes the place of another student);
• No mobile phones during class;
• No photography or recordings of any kind on the premises at any time; mobile phones will be confiscated if this occurs;
• Members may be photographed professionally at our studios, at events, competitions and summer schools for our website, advertising, shows and academy photo records (professional use only);
• Members and other must respect the property/premises at all times;
• No food or drink permitted in any of the studios at any time;
• Smoking and chewing gum are forbidden both inside and outside the immediate building;
• Graffiti and/or Vandalism is NOT tolerated;
• No heeled shoes in the studio - runners or dance footwear ONLY;
• Must respect the directors, tutors and other fellow members - or punishment will apply;
• Violence is NOT tolerated;
• Bullying will NOT be tolerated by any member of any age;
• Observers are not permitted in the studios at any time during the training, we open the studio doors for the final 5mins. of each class;
• Ballet attire must be worn at all times during ballet class;
• Students should have their names on their tracksuits and all personal property;
• Liability disclaimer- Dynamic Waves and staff at Dynamic Waves are not liable for personal injuries or loss of, theft or damage to personal property;
• Each student may decline to participate in any activity;
• Please inform your instructor of any personal limitations you may have;
• Management should be made aware of any medical conditions ,i.e asthma, diabetes;
• If you have any doubt to your physical abilities, please consult your physician before participating;
• All classes are mixed, male and female, unless otherwise stated;
• Leaving the building during class time, without the permission and/or the supervision of an adult is not permitted;
• Students must be collected on time by a parent/guardian, DW are not respsonsible for students not collected on time;
• Students are insured during their class time only;
• Management reserve the right to refuse service to anyone;
